The By Referral Only (BRO) program and Alamo Mailing has joined together to offer their members the service to mail out 4.5x5.5 postcard advertisements. The service is to help make a mailing as easy and simple as possible with minimal steps. Joining the programs is easy! Just email the information of the person or place that recommended our services within BRO, along with your database (excel format recommended) and the graphics/artwork for your postcard. Now you are done and Alamo Mailing completes the project by printing, addressing and delivering your postcard to the post office.

The 4x6 postcards are printed using black ink on your selection of soft pastel colored card stock, cut and sent to the post office with the required paperwork.

Customers are required to provide pre-payment before their project can be delivered to the post office. Payment is currently available by cash or check.

The average turn around time to complete a BRO mailing is 3-5 days from the time the database, artwork and payment is received at Alamo Mailing. Please keep this information in mind if you would like to have your material delivered to the post office on a certain day.

General Program Outline:

Request a quote either online, e-mail or call us at 210-637-0404 to set-up the individual project
Once Alamo Mailing receives your database and artwork we will begin to produce your material.
You will be provide with an invoice for your project to initiate payment
Once we have received payment your material is completed then it will be delivered to the post office.

Standard Pricing Guide:
$0.335 per record only if quantity is 750 or more
(Cost includes 4.5x5.5 postcard printed; black ink on colored cardstock; first class postage; delivery to the post office)

Quantities less then 750 records or a request for a different size/style material will be quoted on a case by case basis.
